Is this flukes? I got back from a trip 3 days ago and spotted these on my butterfly fish. Haven’t spread, and fish still seems to be acting like it’s normal self. If it is flukes what treatment should I follow?
Thanks!

There are a few different species of body flukes. The largest is Neobenedenia. There are also some smaller species seen from time to time. All of these are essentially invisible, but in chronic cases, the damage that they do can show on the fish visually. So - you can't see the flukes, but if there is a secondary bacterial infection, that can be visualized. Neobenedenia also shows as a mild opacity to the eyes in most cases, I don't see that here, but the pictures aren't super-clear.
Are these lesions on both sides of the fish? Flukes are typically randomly spread over the fish, and you can use that fact to try and determine if it is flukes, or some mechanical injury. If these spots are only on the left side, I would lean away from flukes as an ID.
How long have you had this fish? It does look a bit thin (common in this species).
If it is flukes, you can use prazipro in the display tank. I have never seen anything other than flukes or internal parasites be impacted by prazi in the tank.
