I looked in my sump and noticed a carbon bag had floated under where the alk drips in forming a rather large white crystal, I reached in and tryed to pull it out. Of course it crumbled, and was directly over my return pumps so now my tank looks like a snow globe with small particles of it.

Any idea of what kinda problem I just caused? Am I about to have a huge alk spike?
