I have a tomato clean that is over 15 yrs old. About 3 wks ago he started swimming head down but was still eating & would seem to improve periodically. For the last 3 days it has been floating @ the top of the tank in a C curl. Will not eat. Water parameters are good. I am concerned this is age related. Not sure what to do. Any advise appreciated!

Agree with Vette that's it's maybe a swim bladder problem. I might also consider an Injury or some neurological issue
