Hello, received this red head salon wrasse in the mail Thursday “pre quarantined” and wanted to hear your thoughts on if it’s acting normal or possible has UNWD/spinal injury. I am new into the world of fairy wrasses so not really sure what is considered “normal”. Its body is mostly straight with the tail curled down.

He attempts to eat and I do believe he is eating some mysis when fed.

He will “cruise” around the tank in short 1-2 minute increments but usually stays hidden in a rock or laying on the sand. He does not seem to be lethargic.

Fish appears somewhat thin but typical new wrasse behavior

Please refrain from cross posting which takes away from others who too are seeking answers to their concerns

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
