Possibly dying bubble tip anemone

I have a bubble tip anemone my daughter got me and it doesn't look well at all when I got it and I slowly introduced to tank over 2 to 3 hours slow drip all of my water perimeters are good no ammonia or nitrites. Nitrates 0 also and salinity is good temp is 75 . Is it dying ?

Unfortunately it looks like a extremely unhealthy specimen to start with. I would give it a couple hours but I don't see it surviving. BTAs with no coloration have lost their Zooxanthellae that provide nutrition, and give Anemones their coloration.

My nitrates i rechecked and they were at 5.0 but it was dead ;(
Everything i have gotten from salt water fish has been doa or close to it only the fish except 2 that arrived doa has done good and all invertebrates and the sea anemone havd perished. I did send them an email stating that their packaging needs to be a lil better to ensure they come alive and well and take into account the weather. They only double bag them and put in packing peanuts and one warmer in a Styrofoam container with lid
