Potassium chloride dip?

Had some issues with returning flesh band on a my euphyllia, and Im assuming it might be flatworm linked. While I can’t see them, I imagine they aren’t overly easy to see, so I’m going to try a dip to get rid of whatever’s stopping the flesh band returning. From what I understand, potassium chloride is a good option, but I’m also curious to see if anyone has used the stuff you can get from a pharmacy? I mean, it’s cheaper, food grade, and if it doesn’t have any additives, it should be fine, right?

Anybody got any tips or experiences on it?

Sorry - I’ve never used KCl like that. Have you tried posting in the main reef forum here?

I don't think KCL will help if you are targeting the eggs. I would recommend KCL when you bring the frag home then quarentine and use Revive to kill eggs.
