Potential Pest on Wall Hammer | Need ID

Hey, I got this hammer coral a month and a half ago and I did a Coral RX dip on it as instructions followed. Noticed I have a type of worm that’s coming out of it. How would I go about killing it? I already glued the hammer to the rock and does anyone have any idea what this is
