powder brown tang devil fish

my powder brown tang is the spawn of the devil he beats up every new fish i add to my 220g tank today i tried to add a foxface maybe 2" big and he chased and beat him up pretty badly so i had to move the foxface to my other tank has anyone else ever had this happen with a powder brown tang he is about 4.5-5" big and is the devil when it comes to adding fish

Sounds about right. Just about all the acanthurus species are aggressive. I have a powder blue that is pretty mean, im getting ready to fish him out and put him in my frag system for a couple months to hopefully calm him down

Guess I got lucky, my Powder Brown was the most gentle fish and the biggest in my system.
My Yellow tang is the tank boss.

I have a desjardini sailfin in my tank that destroys any new additions aswell. He's a beautiful fish but a complete *****! He's gonna be put on time out here soon when I decide to add some new friends...

Such a pain.
