Powder Brown Tang - Help!

New Powder Brown Tang, in take 3 days and white spots showed up. ICH or flukes? Easiest and best reccomendarion to treat? Fish is eating and swimming healthy. Water params are in line w/ exception that Calcium is about 50-100ppm on the high side. Thx for the feedback. Picture below.

My blue tang had this. It wasn’t ich. More like scuffs from wedging in the rocks. Hard to see with the lighting

Better pictures will definitely help the community diagnose from afar. Are there white spots on the fins, or just the body? Any rapid breathing? Was the fish treated and/or quarantined prior to adding?

Agree, will try to get some better photos up. White spots are just on the body, but this is a white jaw Powder Brown Tang, think there are different types of this fish, not sure? Breathing is normal. Nothing done outside the ordinary after picking up from LFS. So no quarantine.

Update: white spots not showing. There were 5-6 of them. Huh?

Naso and brown tangs get these spots when trying to hide. It's a type of camouflage for them. My naso tang has the every night when in his night hiding place. Being new to the system it's trying to disappear and blend into the structure.

Great news! My tangs temporarily discolor, when there's aggression, or when the lights come on for the first time in awhile. Once they relax, they go vibrant again.
