Power monitoring of EcoTech power head /w battery

ls accurate power data reported for EcoTech powerheads when the battery backup unit is plugged into an Apex power bar? I'm unsure if the power is buffered at all which would make the graphs unrealistic.

I am planning out what equipment to buy so I don't own any of this yet, so sorry for a simple question.
