I wish I had an apex. Gonna save over the summer for it. What do you mean cyber power 1500? That a PC?

As per the other posts the CyberPower 1500 is a 1500VA battery backup, or UPS. Not badly priced, has good reviews and is a nice neat low profile unit. As said by others it is only a short term backup, so if you expect long outages, a generator or a few deep cycle batteries are good options, either instead or as well.

Well good news the power didn't go out but we had nasty winds. Got lucky! Some of the traffic lights are still messed up.
