Power problem

I'm so happy this forum exists.
Great people, beautiful reefs, help and advice, education on reefing and so much more.
It's also a great place to document your journey in reefing.

I'm finding out that I have an electrical problem at the house.
I belive I have weak, inconsistent electricity.

I plugged my return pump (Jeabo DCP 3500) in and it runs but...
I get error 04 often. Pump will shut down for a second or two, then start back up. It will do this many times until it finally just shuts down with error 04.
If I unplug it and plug it right back in, it comes right back to life but goes thorough the same cycle until it finally quits again.

I have plugged pump into several different outlets around the house and experience the same thing.
I have replaced the pump, transformer (power supply), and controller all to no avail.

I'm not sure what to do here. I'm a Dj in real life. I own 2 power conditioners to protect my dj equipment from dirty power.
I'm wondering if a power conditioner would help.
I know I need constant steady power.

And thoughts on this issue?

This sounds like a job for a licensed electrician moreso than a reefing forum!

Yea your going to need an electrician when it comes to fixing. You can verify if you have an issue just by measuring AC with a clamp multimeter. If its bouncing around everywhere. Yea you got some issues. But usually with dirty power. Its source is from the grid depending on where you live in the world.

Your best bet would be an UPS for the tank if you can't resolve the power issue. Its shutting down to protect itself from overcurrent.

This is common in the summer when everyone has their AC on.

This is out of my apex.

And yes, I have weird stuff happen, like one of my USB hubs bounces and causes my keyboard to stop working, and dimmers on lights in the house don't work properly. And other times my guitar amps sounds like crap.
I have not had anything act up in my tank that I know of. But I guess that's possible too.

I figured out the problem!

How I figured it out was...
I hooked the pump up to my Jackery 2000 plus and it did the same thing.
I turned the pump down from 100% and the problem went away.
It seems that this pump does not like to be run at 100%.
So far, 95% is working!
