Powerhead in 32gal biocube?

Should i put a small powerhead in my 30 gal biocube? Will it benifit or hurt my corals? And would it be too much for my fish?

Flow is always a good idea even in nano tanks. I have a MP10 in my 25g Waterbox.

I’m running a Jebao SLW-10 in my 32g biocube. It was a good price and adds some good turbulence.
