Powerhead Placement

I have a 4ft 75 Gallon tank with two powerheads. 1 MP40qd and 1 Ecodrift 8.0. For the life of me I can not get the flow correct in the tank. I have mostly LPS and softies and 1 birdsnest. How are you guys placing your powerheads to that the bottom dwelling softies and zoas aren't getting smacked around? I'll post a few tank shots.

If you place one on the other side of the tank so both power heads are pointed towards eachother it will create more random and indirect flow so it doesn't blast your corals.

My 75 look at heads I have them on a control alternating back and forth for 15 seconds each
