Powerhead running backwards

Need this power head to go the other way. Was working correctly. Unplugged,waited and same thing. I moved some wiring around to organize and this is the only one is going the wrong way.

Try turning off, removing magnet ,replace ,try again , last resort stick a thin piece of something into to stop propeller for a second and let it go,should reverse the polarity for ya'...

I'm not sure. All I know now is that one arrow reads left and one reads right,but now moving any water with anything to call water movement. Strange. Was working as designed.

If it has a plug with two small prongs. Then it can be used with either polarity. Some plugs have one small and one big not allowing such things.

Ok. I've cleaned them dozens of times

Ok. I've removed and replaced these often to clean. This is the first.

If the power plug is not "keyed" and can go in either way, that would do it.
