Just a little history of my tank. Never had any issues with ich or velvet. I don’t qt but only buy fish from one source and have never shown any signs. Early December I bought a powder brown tang and then noticed my kole tang had what I perceived to be a worm looking white thing dangling from his side. Couldn’t get a picture went away on its own. Forgot that I didn’t dose prazi with this addition so did that yesterday. Today I notice white flakey looking patches on my one spot and powder brown just looking for confirmation that this is flukes coming off from the prazi.

the white dots are on my glass not the fish all eating and acting normal today.

Sorry, can’t really see from the photo. Generally, only one species of fluke is visible on the fish, Neobenedenia. They are egg layers, and prazi doesn’t kill their eggs, so you need to dose prazi a second time about 10 days later. In many cases a third treatment is also needed.
