Happy Sunday R2R members! Question, what is the proper spacing of Prazipro treatment? I did use the marine parasite treatment schedule and based on the temp and salinity of my aquarium, it stated 6-8 days apart. However, after reading many threads on the forum and @Jay Hemdal states 9-10 days apart. What is the accurate spacing to eradicate flukes? I keep reading contradictories on this topic and would like some clarity please and thank you.

Too many variables: water temperature, species of fluke; egg laying or live bearing, species of fish.
I think the Prazipro bottle says 48 hours? That is too short. 6 days is too short for Neobenedenia. I’ve been leaning towards 9 days, but using three treatments. Breaking the life cycle of some flukes can be tough…..
