I’ve placed several online orders with premium aquatics, always very fast shipping and packaged great.
I ordered a octo skimmer, and a piece was damaged inside the box from the manufacturer. It may have even shipped direct from manufacturer. They’ve been extremely helpful in getting the replacement part from coral vue, even though I feel they have no obligation to as it is not their fault.
