Favourite fish I currently own? That’s hard…
But I’m hoping it becomes this guy! A Chaetodon paucofasciatus I have sitting at my LFS, resting - it won’t be this specific specimen but a smaller one that’s just as nice.

Pectoralis is a stunning species for sure, and the closest we can get to Hawaiian cleaners for now.

When I tell you, I do not care what corals I can’t keep I am keeping that fish, I mean it - I can sacrifice my nanos for those corals!

Sadly, my fave died. Gold flake angel.

that said, I have a lot to choose from.

The sailfin is probably my favorite, far left of the picture. You can also see, if you zoom in next to the blue hippo, my lawnmower blenny, who has tons of personality.

Grunt Sculpin. My favorite fish I’ve ever kept. Only Species in its family, lives inside empty barnacles and walks on its pectoral fins. Collected him myself on a dive, and he lives in 53 degree F water. Growing and eating, swims up to me to say hi every time I’m near the tank.
