hi guys I built my last piece for the reef pi
but I'm having trouble configuring the dosage pumps.
I'll explain better I followed all the guide of ranjib but when I go to check with the tester if the voltage arrives correctly at the pumps the answer is no!
I checked all the connections and they look perfect I also checked the l293d chip and the voltage arrives at both 12v and 5v but on yellow cables this does not happen. the voltage is on both 0 even after configuring the pumps on the reef-pi interface and remains completely still.
here is a picture of the wiring
how can I resave?
thank you
@Ranjib

Can you share a screen shot of you reef-pi ui. Connectors page, equipment page and doser page.
Can you share the voltage reading across all the pins of l293d ? Particularly when you hit calibration for say speed 50 and duration 120 seconds ?

@Ranjib Maybe you can hjelp me here.
Cant see any faults on the board, but I've used other gpio pins than you used in your guide.
18 and 19 is the same tho. Here is the voltages that i get on l293d when calibrating at 50 speed.

Pin 1 0.92
Pin 2 0
Pin 3 0.38
Pin 4 gr
Pin 5 gr
Pin 6 0.4
Pin 7 0.48
Pin 8 12.04
Pin 9 0.93
Pin 10 3.3
Pin 11 0.37
Pin 12 gr
Pin 13 gr
Pin 14 0.36
Pin 15 0
Pin 16 5

Hi man. No, sorry. There has been some change tho. I added a pca9685, and took pwm from it instead. Then the pumps work(or pump, only got one yet) Tried it on both outputs
and it work sort of. Im at another computer and been a few days since ive tried, but if i remember right pump must be at over 80 or something to turn around at all.
Any lower it and just hums. Calibrating time is very inconsistent. Pump stop before the time runs out and doesnt seems be the same each time i try.
Any idea why ?
The http 500 error on picture in last post vanished after adding the pca9685 and selected it for the jacks.

Pump performance will depend on what voltage you are trying to control. I wouldn't be surprised that the pump only turns at 80% if you are powering it with only 5 volts.

well ofcouse. That isnt the case tho. Found a bad solder joint on a connector and run time on calibrating seems to be ok now. Ill try to a bigger psu later
