Please help!

Now I started to install my KH Director, and when I tried to calibrate pH electrode... I see "Error" (Calibration failed...)
I tried to connect other one pH electrode too (from Profilux), the same situation...
Looks like KH Director doesn’t see pH electrode.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but it's my understanding that you can ONLY use the pH probe from GHL that is designed for the KHD. Others won't work.

Yes - but you should be able to calibrate every pH electrode with BNC connections. You calibrate them vertically. If it does not either sense the normal electrode - it is probably not the directors pH electrode that is broken. Have you checked that the BNC connection has "click" into its position ?

Sincerely Lasse

I connected with GHL Control center...
Now all work good :)
Thank you for helping.
