Problem with my zoanthid

I have spots all over a piece of the colony, Somebody said they were flat worms, but not sure if that’s true because they’re not moving at all and I’m new to corals.

I have spots all over a piece of the colony, Somebody said they were flat worms, but not sure if that’s true because they’re not moving at all and I’m new to corals.

Has anyone ever seen these before? Someone told me they are most likely flat worms but I want to be sure so I treat it correctly. Any help would be appreciated!
