@rvitko My controller stopped working and is a solid red. When unplugged and plugged back in it flashes white then back to solid red. Took apart to clean and noticed this one piece looks to be broken, part missing. Do you think this is the problem? How can I get it replaced? Thanks

This is definitely the problem, the safety sensor is a heater and in this case water entered and shorted it out, it is a defect. If I can get the serial number and a copy of the receipt we can send a replacement, serial number is on a white tag on the cable
