So recently one of my ai vega units are having a problem which I'm hoping is just so over heating related one. Every so often after a few hours of being on, 1-2 of the pods sort of flicker and dim or go on and off. Then go back on and continue to do so. I try to reset or shut off to reconnect to the wifi controller. And then the led "sync" button on the back of the light won't stop flashing red. Then it won't let me connect at all. I'm hoping it just needs a fan replacement or something small. The whole light works fine and still is operable 100% until it starts it's funk. Please help if anyone has had this problem before.

Can you see and/or feel the fan is kicking on? If it's not you can try to replace it and see if it cures the issue. However, I had the same issue with a Vega. Ended up having to send it to AI for the repair.

They were fantastic and the whole process went smoothly and quickly.

Fan still works all the time. That I know of. I'll hand to call and see what they want to do. What was your problem? And did you have the same one as me?

I have the Vegas and it was cutting in and out as you described. In my case it eventually quit working all together.

Jonathan...I wish I could remember just exactly what was wrong with it, but it was about 1 1/2 years ago, and I don't remember what I did yesterday!!!

It seems like they called me within a day or two after they received it and explained what needed to happen. The whole process took about 10 days. Please understand, this was just my experience.
