Ordered a bunch of stuff from GHL USA on 4/2/2021 and it says "PROCESSING". What does this mean? Did the payment not go through? Is the printer out of paper?

I have not received anything other than a PayPal receipt. I've called the number on the website and a menacing robot says "THE PERSON AT EXTENSION ONE ZERO ZERO ONE IS UNAVAILABLE".

Is there any part of owning GHL products that is not frustrating? ;Nailbiting

I'm in the same situation or on 4/5. I've sent an email last week and left a message on the phone line today.
I will say this is the first time having delays ordering anything direct. Typically, its out within 2-3 business days.

I got a call back today that they are a bit backlogged and will be shipping tomorrow. Still very happy with my switch to GHL

You will be directed to this page. There is a guest log in and you log in and you are in their ticket system. They normally answer ticket in a day or two
