Product Review Section

[fragit]

So there is a thread going around that @revhtree started about what suggestions folks might have to improve our forum. There are tons of good ideas out there. See the link below to check it out. Anyway Rev suggested that I post my suggestion, if there was enough support or interest in the community he would make it happen. Thought I would start here as this is the section I think would be most appropriate for my idea. Here is what I posted in the original thread. Please respond if you think it would be helpful and we will get this done. Thanks-Fragit

I think a product review section would be the most helpful, a subsection in the equipment tab. As I am planning my new build it has been a PIA finding reviews on equipment I need. The product reviews could be split into sections again with tiles like return pumps, powerheads, skimmers, supplements etc. As far as I can tell you have to use the search function now and it's limiting because you have to search by thread title or topic which often times leads to not what I'm looking for.

I am not sure what you are asking. Do you want to know if it is a good idea, or you are looking for product reviews?

Suggesting that a product review section be added to the site. With specific sections such as return pumps, protein skimmers, powerheads, heaters, etc.
