good wave. Now what I'm thinking, my profilux has the 7.17 firmware version. Could it be that you are not using the correct driver? I have installed the GCC 1.1.2.1

Should still connect, but if your used GCC 1.1.2.1 you will noticed on the General tab if it needs to be updated

The box in Red will Say Firmware Update.

If you want to update the Firmware of the Unit you can do this by clicking on Extra on the top menu then Firmware update

You will need to reboot the unit after you do the P4 firmware upgrade.

On your system Tab, communications did the File System now say Ok?

Ok, I want you to reprogram again the file system, reboot then I want you to do the firmware upgrade on the WiFi module then reboot.

Then I want you to put your wireless config back in.

Running out of idea’s, but the file system should show a check mark.

Make sure you watch the file system rebuild it will count up slowly on the screen.

when you tell me reboot, you mean unplug from the power grid the profilux for 1 minute and plug it in again? Thank you

Yes unplug for 1 minute plug it back in.

Once you do that reput your wireless password and your wireless SSID back into the unit save and reboot the unit.

If you get wireless to work yes you need a myghl account to register it with the cloud service.

If it still not working you can open up a support ticket and make sure you reference this thread on the forums to see what you have done so far also.
