With GHL turning the old infrastructure off (we knew it was coming, but they really should have had it plastered as a banner on the FB group and warned people in the app of the exact date, but anyway……)

One of my profilux’s the WiFi update has gone completely haywire - I’ve done 4 without an issue, the final one it initially kept failing the update, so I followed the instructions to do it via the browser: http://ipaddress/update - that went through, it said ‘OK’ on the next page, now all I’m getting is the WiFi settings completely blank when I connect via USB, I’ve compared to one of the working ones and even the WiFi module isn’t showing as ‘Ready’

Is there a way to force the Firmware to update via USB Connection and GHL control Center does anyone know?

If a GHL admin/member of staff responds - sorry, please don’t just bounce me to support - I’ve had a ticket open for WEEKS without a response, I need to know how to fix this without waiting ages

What is the ticket number, it would be surprising if you have been waiting for help for several weeks but a mistake is always possible we are human.

Thanks Gael - I figured that out myself in the end - I knew there would be a way of doing it - there always is with GHL :-)

Ticket no is: 9223 - Logged 05-08 (although whenever I try and login as a guest it keeps telling me ‘A Variable mismatch has been detected for some reason)
