The dosage largely varies depending on what types of bugs you are targeting, red bugs i believe can be wiped out with a small dose whereas grey/white bugs I've seen people do multiple 23 mg tablets for 100 gallon. Personally I just finished 5 23mg dose in roughly 250 gallons of water.
From what I've seen, 1 large tablet per 50g is pretty effective. BUT BUT BUT, this is with the non-prazi interceptor tablets (not the chewable tablets). If you only have the chewables (brown, doesn't look like a pill) this might cause you issues at this dosage.
