Can anyone explain why my EB832 outlet with this configuration keeps turning off when set to auto and shutting off my Inkbird. Tank temp is 76.5 at present.

I don't see the configuration? - But is there an error code on the ink bird - or does it just turn off?

It's fixed! I had an phone support call from Neptune today relating to issues with configuring my Apex which had to be replaced. They fixed it. I can't explain it "exactly", but it appears that outlet was configured to shut down if amperage wasn't within certain parameters. Since it is normal for a heating unit to cycle on and off I shouldn't have had it set as such. Thanks for the R2R support!
