I've been working for a bit to get a 125 going in the basement for the family hang out space. Picked up a drilled 125 over the weekend, it's water testing now but project agressive is a step ahead! 125 display with 125 sump. Still have to do sump baffles and a few other things to buy, but getting close!

Been while. Picked up my ATO and power strips this weekend so I'm down to a couple boxes of salt, and some reef sand before we're up and running. This weekend I'll tear the thing backxapaeb and stain the stand.

Can't wait to see it finished. Having a bit of an issue with my aggressive tank dealing with some diseases. May have to do a fresh water dip.

I just ordered some prazipro ro treat everyone with it. We'll see what happens. Then we lost one of our oldest fish, he was about 17 years old. One of our fresh water parrot fish. Got one last big momma parrot and she's about the same age. Start losing them over time as we had four. One jumped when he was about 13 years old, one passed away last year at 16. Got 5 babies as they're going on 2 years old as we knew the older ones are passing away one by one.

Oh no! I keep parrots too. I've got 4 in all. 2 "mated pairs" one in my bedroom in a 75 and 2 in my guest room in a 65. Love them too. Had them a year or 2 now. Pictures my wife's favorite. His name's Elvis. His mates pricilla ha!

They're like little puppy dogs always there. Really good fish for anyone to have. They live a really long time with proper care.

Spent the weekend staining and polying the stand, and rearranging the man cave for better views. I need to come up with a cheap diy light stand or canopy for the t5. Then put everything back together. Won't be long now. Need sand and salt.

Decided last night to re do my "canopy" idea to get my light about 11 inches off water. Couple more tweaks needed, but it was too late to work last night. Will tweak more later. Slowly getting there!
