I've picked up fish from 2 different LFS now and i've gotten Uronema from both. Since I've gotten Uronema from both does that mean that they have Uronema in their systems and should all fish bought from these 2 stores be treated w/ a formalin dip?

yes, 1st time, somehow uronema got through qt. i ran GC/Metro for 12 days and there were no signs of it, then 15 days after i put the fish in DT, uronema showed up.

2nd time uronema showed up in QT.

Between the first and second fish did you bleach your qt tank and equipment. if it is uronema, that can just live in the water column and does not need a fish as a host. If it was not cleaned. The 2nd fish could have gotten it from the QT tank.

Unless you accidentally cross contaminated then yeah it must be in their systems if its showing in your qt tank.

I would always qt if you can. Good luck and sorry you are having to deal with this.
