Props to Red Sea and the Awesome Customer Service I Received Today!

Customer service at Red Sea really pulled through today. Was having a problem with a controller on one of the reefwaves I bought. They responded quickly and were actually very helpful on the phone troubleshooting and then getting another controller sent out to me asap!

Ariel and Chanh did everything right. I explained the problem, went through some troubleshooting steps over the phone, and they are sending out a replacement. No hassles, no 3rd degrees and no having to send back first and being without a pump until the swap. Totally happy with how things went.

Gotta give props when well merited and the experience I received was.

Reefwaves are pretty awesome btw I really like them!

They are really good on their customer service. Mr. Chanh has helped me many times. They're getting a bad rap on some of the issues, (stands, AB+ Reef Energy, etc..).

Just as a follow up I received the new controller on Sunday! Via Fedex Express.

All working 100% Now

Problem reported on Thursday 4/9 and they got me a new controller to my door on Sunday 4/12!

Ariel is the best! An absolute sweetie. She helped me out too on my 900xxxl and pulled through in getting the white one delivered to me... long story. Anyways, 2 thumbs up for Red Sea customer service!
