Ever seen your kombucha fizz up and act as a protein skimmer? Mine did the other morning... Couldn't help but think of you guys.

I always joke with my daughter when I go to empty the skimmer cup if she wants tea.....now i'll think of this every time lol

I wouldn't force skimmate on my worst enemies! It's the foulest smelling stuff ever. Kombucha, on the other hand, is delicious.

Lol that is true....good point....they do not produce a foul smelling skimmate :);) Wait, is that supposed to be a negative or a positive??
