Psychedelic Echinophyllia. Placement?

Picked up this frag for a few bucks and put it in my 32 gal. Biocube. It is the psychedelic chalice, yes? It's so gorgeous, I don't want to risk bleaching it. Where should I place it? Right now it's at the bottom of my tank.

I'd always place on the substrate first for at least a week or two to see how it acclimates. [emoji6]
 
I believe it'll encrust. I'd still acclimate on the sand bed for a bit..
