Puffer puffing up for no reason for 5 seconds and going back to normal

My sharpnose puffer just kinda puffed up slightly out of nowhere and then went back to normal and is doing just fine?

Something scared it. Mine did this when I flipped on the light or quick movements.

They do this from time to time. I think the common belief is that they're just stretching out. My porcupine puffer would puff up about once a week for no reason.

it did look like he was just testing it out honestly
