Pulsing Xenia Closed Up

Pulsing Xenia has been closed like this for the past week- week and a half. Prior to this it was growing rapidly and wide open. The only change that had been made to my setup is the addition of a wave maker which was about a week or so before it started to close up.

Additional info: The wave maker only comes on for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening to prevent any buildup. It is not on 24 hours a day.
