How big is the reactor? Is it in a sump or fuge?

If you want quality suggestions, maybe more info would be helpful?

So about 5 gallons. Then it shouldn't need a very big pump and it should be fairly inexpensive.

So you are running a pump from your sump into a 5-gallon container, what is the diameter of the container? Is it a bucket?

Is there a window to see inside the reactor while it is working? I have been using an ehiem pump on my reactor because I needed more power, the Eheim 1250 is working great. So another option will be a Eheim 1260 for your setup, one big problem I had was finding tubing that match the reactors and the pump, your reactor seems to match ehiem tubing size better than a DC pump that would be to big and then you will have to reduce the tubing.
