basement pump for water changes will be changing 50 gallons.

need some ideas will travel about 10-15ish feet vertically and 15 feet horizontally.

Thoughts on pumps to use?

Most peristaltic pumps will do that ok for automatic water changes.
I am sadly not looking for awc, just a pump to do move water from basement to first floor for me to change water when I want. It will be on my mixing station. I should have added that sorry

Sump pumps, some made for aquarium use (no metal components) and others that are inexpensive and can push a lot of water upstairs quickly would be where I would recommend looking.
Quick example from a google search

Not necessarily a recommendation, but these configurations of pump will work fine and if you rinse them off and store them dry between water changes you should have a long lasting solution.
