So I had a dumb moment and soaked my Purigen in concentrated bleach, it went from brown to white in 30 minutes. It is soaking now in 4 cups of water and a cup of prime.
Opinions on its safety? It no longer has a bleach smell...

The prime will neutralize the bleach, but if you are still unsure, once the purigen is completely dry the bleach will dissipate.
