Is it photosynthetic?

It says it is "easy" and "does not require supplemental feedings?"

yea, photosynthetic, pretty easy; somewhere between an easy soft coral and the easiest LPS I would say.

Pretty hardy, just give it enough flow so algae does not accumulate on its skin; otherwise, it may resort to shedding skin on its own.

I have a similar speciment (not quite the same species) that I've had for 13 years, it's the oldest coral in my tank.
