To me it looks like the tank lacks flow. The way it's hanging, it seems like the flow should be getting it a bit more. They don't need a ton of flow, but they need some.

Is it moving around in the flow? It's hard to tell from still photos.

Stop trying to feed it, and a water change can cause anemones to be unhappy because of alk swings. I would only do it if you know for sure there is something in the water that is bad.

I'd also keep an eye on those shrimp, they may try to take bites out of it.

As others have said it’s not dead yet keep your parameters in line and don’t feed until it looks better. Also clownfish can cause them stress as well. Which your clownfish also looks like it could have ich.

Still haven't seen accurate parameters listed or lighting being used. Besides noticing your clown having Ich there hasn't been any solid information provided. Right now we're taking shots in the dark. If unable to give accurate readings then we've solved your immediate issue concerning the anemone.
