It didn't feel jelly like but definitely didn't feel sticky. When I flipped it over it did expel something but couldn't catch a pic of it.
Sticky is good as it should be. As I mentioned about light too bright, it likely expelled its zooxanthellae which is an inner algae which gives it its energy and color

Those lights are not sufficient enough for anemones . Especially one that is bleached
