Much cheaper than BRS - you're welcome.

There you go - that should steer them correctly. Grainger also I think has something similar. Ty BZ for posting that - should get them going.

GP and CK both also provided info - thread is a rocking! Now help me find a gaudy clown crab ;)

Teasing. Honestly though - nice quick responses, direct, and helpful. Hope everyone's evening is amazing!

Thank you all for the Quick response! Appreciate it.. Do the Hanger locks slide into a rail or something? or directly to the wall? m using a few unions, so i don't think mounting to the wall directly will work.

Exactly why I iused 1 5/8" strut to allow room for the unions, and it's rock solid construction, also materials I already have in stock.

Can be mounted either way, but i figured the easiest is to mount to a section of alu profile, like 30x30mm or 1x1 inch which could be bolted to wall etc and gusseted at 90 degrees if you have turns or what not. Cheap, fully adjustable and wont rust.

See here from my build...

You could simply attach a piece of wood to the wall and then attach the hanger locks to the wood. The wood would act like a spacer to clear your unions.

haha. Wood would.

Not sure if you got this cleared up. You can mount them many ways. Here is a drawing of one that might help you decide what works for you

You simply can, but sometimes simple and cheap isn't the best solution.

Alu profile allows for infinite adjustment in placing pipe brackets along the axis - something you can not easily do with a strip of wood.

Hope this helps
