Pvc plumbing

I bought a reducer bushing so that I can reduce from 1.5" pvc to 1". Do I just need to buy a coupler to attach this bushing to the 1.5" pvc or is there a reducer I can buy that fits right inside the 1.5" pvc without having to buy a coupler?

The bushing is designed to fit into any 1.5" fitting, coupler, or elbow, than 1 inch pipe inserted into the bushing
