Hi all!

I can't seem to get my P4 to connect...or control at least, my Mitras LX 6200.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any documentation on the actual configuration of the PWC, so I'm going on the idea that it's similar to having multiple lights, in master-slave configurations. Just in this case, the Profilux is the master.

I installed the PWC in the P4 and verified it's showing up under system in GCC, firmware update is greyed out, so I'm assuming there's no update available.

PWC configuration is "Channel 11 (2405 Mhz) and Address 1

Mitras LX 6200 is set to Slave mode
Channel 11 (2405 Mhz) and Address 2

If I try to set up the Mitras in GCC, it lets me go through the motions and says it successfully sent the configuration to the light, but it never takes effect and if I try the test illumination, nothing happens on the light.

Also, if I go back to the light (via USB) and set it back to stand alone, it picks up the program I already had in it before I tried the PWC.

I have a flashing red light on the PWC, that's it.

Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

I did just email support, but I'm hoping someone here knows what I did wrong.
