I'd add way more hiding spots. I feel like this isn't enough for all four fish.

And as I already mentioned in another thread, I would've quarantined the tilefish separately. They can be extremely skittish at first. While all of mine have been aggressive feeders, they'd spook very easily at the beginning and any aggression from the tang could be bad news.

You'll need to file the edges to smooth them out. In high flow it may move around since the walls are thin. I usually keep it wedged in the sand.

I do not think the tilefish need to be quarantined separately - but I would watch for aggression as mentioned above. Additionally, the addition of more PVC is a good idea. I would also consider covering 2 of the 3 sides - there is a lot of light in the tank - and having so much 'open glass' may cause more stress.
