A few QT questions!

A) Tank water from water changes is okay to use, right?

B) filter media seeded from DT/sump is thrown out after QT ends?

C) recommend a HOB filter AND aeration of some sort? Typically sponge filter?

D) How many at a time for QT? Was planning on 2 clowns and a goby/blennie for first fish. Sound okay?

Basic info - new tank, using dry macro rock and liferock. I'm still a bit away from cycle finishing but i was just curious!

I do plan on following this process. I was just unsure of the above questions. Mostly the filter media should or should not be reused. And if there was a certain amount of fish that should be QTed at a time.

I don't quarantine so can only speak on what I know. The more fish added means the more ammonia/nutrients that need to be managed. Will depend on size of tank and fish. Slow and steady is always best.
