QT Tank size recommendations

Do you think a 29g tank with live rock and sump w/skimmer is big enough for 2-3 3 inch fairy wrasses at a time?

I think so. It's only temporary. I keep a few pieces of PVC fittings and such in my 40 breeder for shelter. Just keep it covered.

Provided that you have adequate biological filtration, the 29 should be fine.
