Put sand in it. I put sand in all my QT tanks if there is a critter that needs it.

I put them in a established conditioning tank with live rock, pods, macro, etc for several weeks to months. I treat for flukes with prazi pro for 24 hours 7 days apart and then I hybrid TTM all my leopards (with sand) and into the DT.

I used to not hybrid TTM then but I want a disease free tank for the next upgrade.

How long do you run your prazi 30 days?
What’s difference with “hybrid” ttm than TTM

I have not personally used the sand bowl in QT but some friends have and they said it worked for them. I also like the idea above from @Sam816 about covering the bowl with pvc to create a "cave".
I have used both. I used the sand bowl with pvc hood while I was using copper then I removed the bowl/pvc and put sand all over the floor of the QT thick enough for my wrasse to vanish in and rock caves for the other wrasse.

No, I run it 24 hours then do a water change and run some carbon. Then I run prazi 7 days later for another 24 hours and done. The second dose is to get the eggs.

Hybrid TTM involves peroxide dip dips to treat velvet/brook/flukes as TTM only treats ich. I believe it is 1.25ml per of H2O2 per cup but there is a thread on it.

Just put a couple handfuls of sand in the corner of the tank, they just need enough to sleep in.

Here's what I have used multiple times to get leopard wrasses and other sand-sleeping wrasses through QT.
Just a pyrex dish filled with sand (filled to the top, when wrasses are present.)
They find it and dive in. It is quite surprising just how little depth of sand they need.
Even in my DTs, there's less then 2" sand depth for wrasses up to 6" in size, and they're quite happy with it.
